    Accoring to habbo thats what they think if your trading loads of gold-bars. Its pathetic in my eyes but its the way they work, stupid ;/

    Please provide an alternative Habbo ID (or Habbo name attached to an ID you use), so that we may revert the account back to you. If you do not have one yet, you must create it first:

    - on the Habbo page (http://www.habbo.com) click on Join now for Free
    - fill up the necessary information (email address,password and birth date) and click next
    - choose a Habbo name, choose an avatar, type the security code, check accept Terms of Service, click Done take me to Habbo
    - don't forget to go to your email and activate your account

    Although, this wasn't the solution I was looking for, I'll just be glad to have my account back.

    I still can't believe one staff member told me my credentials were correct, and another said they were false lol!

    Sorry for the double post.

    Ok, the account will be transferred to another ID that I have provided, which still allows me to have my account back. But what was the issue with my account in the first place? The whole timestamp error and what not? Surely it would have easier and quicker just to reset that for me?

    Also, I checked the support ticket in which I replied

    So you're telling me the information i've supplied does not match your records, but on another support ticket, the same information matches my account?

    Right ok.

    As quoted on my other support ticket

    How is this one any different?
    This issue is not solved, why did you close it?
    I got no reply, and they just closed the ticket.

    How can one staff member tell me my account information etc were correct, and another said they were false?

    Also, does anyone know where the 'Custom Support' are based? Are they UK, SG, US etc?
    As the majority of replies I get are early morning.

    As you can see, Nikita confirmed my security details were correct(email, date of birth, habbo names, credit purchases, mobile number, kitchen sink), so all well and good, thought I'd click the link she sent me and reset my password.

    apparently my ******* date of ******* birth is ******* incorrect?
    how the ******* hell can my ******* date of ******* birth before ******* incorrect, if the stupid ***** confirmed my security details were correct? how the **** can that work?
    Seriously? I've waited 28 days to get my account back,

    First, I get banned for a reason that didn't concern me(safety ban due to hackings, the first of july, it's now the 2nd of august).
    Second, I couldn't reset my password due to a timestamp error.
    Third, I had one ***** telling me my security details were correct, and another telling me they were incorrect.
    Fourth, She tells me she'll revert my account, 7 days ago.
    Fifth, I come to set a new password, after the stupid ***** told me my details were correct, only to find out the habbo system decides to tell me they were incorrect.

    What an absolute ******* joke.

    and tom thats ridiculous you haven't got your account back. I waited 14 days for my support ticket and im at 5 for another one now.
    she changed your dob? have you got it back now tom?
