I've always wanted to be a P.E teacher if my career as a Police Officer failed. The steps I would take is a level 3 course in Sports Science and then Uni.

I would love to be in the police force, i think i would enjoy the authority of the job, would especially like kicking a door in and shouting 'freeze!...police'

Unfortunately you don't "kick a door in". The Police use an enforcer which is a battering ram to break down doors and access houses etc. and in most forces, you need to be part of a specialist team, such as an Armed Response Unit. Merseyside Police have the Matrix Team.

Off Topic but I would hate to be a police officer, let alone in Merseyside. I hate being a steward and that gives me enough stick every Saturday :/

Ok, there are loads of differents ways that allow you to get into teaching. Firstly, you can follow the most common route, you can do your GCSE's, then do your A Level's in your specialist subject and subjects related to it, then you can do your degree or your higher level equivalent, then from there you can do a PGCE (Post Graduate Certificate of Education). It basically is a course you do over a year, two placements in two schools, usually different schools, one bad one and usually an OK/nicer one.

You can also go in via the GTP (Graduate Teachers Programme).

Visit www.tda.gov.uk for more accurate advice One of my brothers friends has just completed the PGCE and that is the method I want to really use in order to get into teaching! Have fun finding out the information, it's best to plan in advance - trust me!
