Manchester and Preston in the NW seem likely

Preston seems too small for it. It'll be the highly populated places that get hit the most. I don't think Scotland will get any hit of it though, unless some idiots in Glasgow decide that the price of alcohol is too much & start a riot about it.

I have my reasons to believe Preston could be a hotspot but I don't know how to air that view without sounding inappropriate or racist, so I won't.

Funny how Cameron was the only one during the election to say that if someone invades your property, they leave their human rights at the doorstep, now all this is happening yet nothing seems to be getting done. I know he's away and there are all these rules, regulations and restrictions, but it has gone on far too long now.

Ealing stations been closed already. Nah this is totally anti-governmental, this isn't racism at all especially with how people are joining in. And even then, I don't think there is much reason for it to go on other than for destructive and profitable reasons.

These riots no longer have a cause(as Tom said), it's just people with the intent to loot and cause criminal damage.
