A small minority are saying that. Common sense says these riots are not caused by racism at all - just anarchy and disregard for the law.

The majority of people i'm seeing are blacks, im not being racist because I have much respect for those shop keepers who are standing up to it all.

I can see whites yes, but what I see is a bigger ratio of blacks, i'm sure black gangs have white friends, do you not?

When looking at the majority of pictures given out to us by the media, what I am saying, is that I am seeing a lot more blacks within those frames. And I'm not sure if its been said, but the black community from round that area have always called the metropolitan police racists.

No that is not what I am saying. The extremes have shown themselves in recent months i.e. particularly in the student protests. They are very well organised. They light the fuse and then leave. These idiots have jumped on the band wagon. They are cannon fodder for the extremes.

Ahh gotcha, in that case we agree - when riots happen people certainly do turn to the extremes as history (especially European history) has shown time and time again. Sad and, as you say, dangerous for society
