Just heard from my parents (they're copperrrs) that quite alot of officers from Devon & Cornwall police have gone to London. The shock they get when they realize theres more to policing than locking up youths driving over 50mph on country lanes or underage drinking. Oh my.

Yee the local news just said 25 from Cornwall, 25 from devon and 25 from somerset went up to London.

As if they took some from Somerset, Bristol has its own problems! They're gonna be in for suuuuuch a culture shock, especially in Devon where I rarely ever see a black person, they're gonna think they've went on a bus to the middle east.

Really? I'd be surprised if it hit Plymouth... I can imagine it happening in Torquay though, and they'd get away with so much because the police are so unprepared down there.
