That looks very similar to MW2, just a few GUI updates.
The sounds of guns etc sound similar to MW2 too.

I think I caught a glimpse of extreme conditioning in there, can't wait for the IGN rewind.

Even if the sounds are just place holders for now, the graphics in my opinion is still very similar to the ones of MW2.
I will probably end up getting BF3 instead.

Yeah I think they are place holders as if they do go behind schedule, then they can at least send these out on disc then update the game or something. Anyway I think the multiplayer looks as fresh as mw1>mw2 but obviously there wasn't much seen. I too can't wait for the IGN rewind.

Sorry for double post, but I was just reading someones analysis on this and he pointed out something which interested me. At 0:21 there is an ACR with the COD4 style RDS but at 1:36 there is the MW2 style one.

Yeah I noticed that too. Hopefully we'll see that sort of variety in multiplayer.

Not quite sure what you are on about...

Also @1:24 you can hear the guy who done Gaz/Ghosts voice, I think it is him anyway saying "friendly predator missle incoming". I wonder if that is just a place holder or if Ghost is back or if he just has a new role altogether (which I think it kind of likely).
