the problem blackberry face is similar to apple's. they assume because they're pulling good figures that people will continue sticking to their brand/moving onto it.
They never offer anything 'different' and people are more savvy ever quarter when it comes to buying a new phone. I've worked in retail for two years and even i've noticed it!KISS MY ARSE MATT GARNER.
