    Default best water?

    Hey,
I'm pretty sure that someone will reply with something stupid like "tap water" or "all water is the same" so spare me the hilarious humour and post with something that contributes to the thread. I have been drinking deep riverrock for a while (because i get good deals) but recently i have been trying other water, riverrock makes me feel bloated and sick, i heard good things about "willow spring water" it's a little more expensive but if it helps my calcium and complexion it's better to pay that little bit more. I have only tried it for the first time today and it tastes great and so fresh, does anyone know if it's really worth that extra bit more or is there better water brands? Try link me to some if possible because they might not sell what you recommend in Ireland.

I'm not sure if this counts but there's a brand called vitaminwater, it's 100% natural and comes in different flavours such as defence, revive, multi-v and a few others. I can't give a personal account of the taste as I've not tried it but I've made a note to get a bottle or two the next time I find myself in the drinks aisle in Tesco

To you asking whether it's worth it, I think if it's doing good things for you then there's no reason why you shouldn't pay a bit more. If I'm honest I'm sometimes drawn to the more expensive things in the supermarket because sometimes the cheap food seems a little too cheap to be entirely good for you.

vitaminwater has been proven to do nothing for you. it's just water and glucose (sugar).

Volvic or evian I drink tap water as its easier than spending money on bottled water when you can get it for free out a tap, all your paying for is the chemicals they add to it and what they have done to it! But if you think its gonna do something for you then pay money for it

@ Callum. and publicised I had no idea, but I'm glad you've told me so now I won't waste any money buying it.

From now on I'll just stick to normal water lol
