    Default Which dress?

My family are having a huge get together and we're going on some sort of meal thing in this posh place. I have relatives coming from New Zealand and America etc and I barely even know them so I want to make good impressions. I don't know which dress to pick:

I was thinking this but I don't have a great figure and I think you need one to pull it off and my hips would just stick out in some weird and disgusting way:

Or I was thinking about this dress, it's baggier and I'd feel a lot more comfortable but I don't know if it's too short or not. I don't think there's anything wrong with my thighs I just have a feeling the old people will complain:

Any ideas? +rep for good ones.

i love them both but i'd say the top one, the more baggy dresses kinda make people look bigger than they actually are from what i've seen

Being brutally honest, you've admitted your figure isn't the best so opt for the second. Unless that's just you being all weird and you have a good or alright figure then go for the black one because that's better.

yeah but like i said it's a lot baggier so there is that fear of her looking bigger than she isn't

the top 1... You're not fat missy & like Gok Wan says baggy clothes are worst! so the top 1 will definatly look lush & u will realize that your shape is fine.
