I gave up after seeing the 'Coming soon' page. Some of it was hard to read and I'm not too keen on the layout. Good luck with it and stuff, but I don't think it will be a huge success if I'm honest.

It's not ripping it at all, it's got a decent layout for a start It won't get anywhere though, no Habbo fansites do as fansites are somewhat useless to Habbo now.

even if it's habbox1.com, i highly doubt hx have purchased copyright, therefore it fails unless he's using their images.

Depends where it is hosted. You do not need to purchase copyright in the UK, the moment an idea has entered your mind and you have proof of time, name and use it's copyrighted. Proof of purchases for example on names, pronunciation etc. all proof of copyright. It's only the US system I think that forces you to buy the rights to your own work - but that's capitalism for you

Does it need pronouncing? It could be pronounced Habbo to silence or substitute an 'x' for an 'a'. It's quite a creative name, but it's shame that's as far as the creativeness goes. It could even be Hexbo, but that would be a bit odd
