I love energy drinks but I don't go ott on them. Although I don't think the caffeine has much effect on me anymore lmao. I don't need to drink them to stay up late because I do it all the time anyway! sleep is all well and good but sometimes there isn't enough hours in the day so they come in handy :}
I know of someone very healthy who was very near to having a heart attack after drinking one Red Bull a day for a year.
hahaha can't believe what i'm reading, maybe you should do your own research. everything that tastes good is bad for you & energy drinks are no exception. more than 2 energy drinks is especially bad but you know i'm not gonna complain for you to stop cause anyone with common sense wouldi go through 3 or 4 energy drinks a day (the cheap 35p ones) and i'm fine
go take your scare tactics somewhere else
and if you're going to try and use semi colons and good grammar, at least read it through at the end
energy drinks are fine unless you have something wrong with you in the first place
for me, (a person with low blood sugar levels) energy drinks are perfect, and they taste nice too
i don't drink energy drinks, hate the feeling on my teeth afterwards and it literally feels like drinking gas, i feel all bloated too:S & they've never made me stay more awake

first of all, taste is arbitrary so you can't define something as tasting good or bad because it will vary from person to person
although if we were to use your perfect world where everyone tasted everything the same, would you say fruit tastes nice? most fruit tastes nice to me... oh does this make fruit bad for me?
~ lol
yeah i'm dumb & yes fruit can be bad for you. too much of anything is but the negatives of energy drink outweigh the positive

I think it was a generalisation rather than literal, although it is to be expected that you'd look for a flaw since you are all on the defensive. I'd hardly say many people say water tastes 'good' despite it being one of the only drinks beneficial for you in any quantity over a litre.wow really are you that dumb?

I don't see any problem with energy drinks in moderation, however people who drink them should remember a few things:
- Regular consumption will make you feel fatigued, as in: you'll have a buzz and feel energetic but your bones and joints will feel overused and un-rested. And when the caffeine wears off you'll just feel even more tired. If you're drinking for the "awaked-ness", don't, it's counter-productive.
- It's not a long-term substitute for sleep, it just causes you to use up your energy faster, it doesn't give you more.
And no matter what you do do not drink sugar-free ones, those are actually extremely dangerous on a regular basis as it causes you to use up sugar in your blood faster than fat can be converted back into sugar, worsened by the fact that sugar substitutes tend to cause you to produce insulin which starts converting sugar in your blood into fat to make way for the non-existent sugar.
