Like Dilusionate said, you can xL. If you look to the right of the 'DaoPay' logo it says 'You are from:'. With a drop down list next to it, click the drop-down list, select Australia and follow the instructions on the page to do the rest.

Oh yeah, you can only do it by call from Australia. I don't know what to suggest then xL.
