I have a GTX460 and can play Borderlands/Portal 2 etc on the highest settings, I'd definitely go for the GTX560Ti. To get the most for your money I'd recommend getting MSI Afterburner, very easy tool which makes overclocking your graphics card v. easy

    How so?
The move from 40nm to 28nm is a big step in computing terms. Much lower power consumption relative to performance and the ability to fit many more transistors etc on each chip. Couple that with whatever new innovations they have and the potential is pretty big.
