    When criminals punish one another, or people in general - what is the ultimate punishment that they can and often will give? death. Whenever drug dealers, gangland leaders or gangsters resort to punishment; death is always the top choice for punishment.

    So the nonsense about 'death is not a punishment' is void, of course it is.
