What do you miss the most from back in the day?

i miss the simpleness of it all.. now with all the achievements, quests, and other options it seems a bit intimidating.

i was a big habbo player in 2007-2008 .. i only came back a few days ago and at first i considered giving up
i couldnt get back into my old account due to my email adress being expired by hotmail for being inactive for 2 years and i have no clue what my password was 2 years ago. i spend $100's of dollars...quite sad but life goes on- made a new account- spent $30 already- honestly could spend thousands on that game! (luckily im mature enough not to!)

Good points about old habbo-
back in the good ol days where being HC actually meant you were the *REMOVED*!
Hc couches were the main rares currency and were valued at 12c each
the habbo client was small enough to fit the whole screen, now its zoomed in (which really annoys me)
seemed to be less lag
thrones! thrones were like 1hc maybe 2hc and now they are 300 HC!! WTH????R

i hate that now when you join HC or VIP the prizes are worth nothing.. prizes is what used to make HC so desirable

some things i do love about the new habbo-
The marketplace- i love having access to a majority of the catalog without having to put up with mean shop staff and waiting ages in line to have them ask for a ridiculous amount!
VIP - back in my day there was only HC - i love the new hairstyles and clothes
more animated furni - back in the day furni used to move a little bit, and it was awesome if it did! now almost everything moves. which can also bed a bad thing..
more variety of everything, pets

Believe it or not I am not totally new to habbo, I joined way back in 2007, before the merge then I quit, What I miss the most is the hand. I wish they make the current inventory make the hand the window instead of that white and blue thing. That would be cool!

What I miss the most about the old days is....habbo. It's like a completely different game now, this isn't the habbo I used to love in 2008, but yet I still play. :rolleyes:

If I were to choose one thing I miss the most it would have to be the old HC system.

I don't really miss much about the old Habbo all I would say is I miss the old Battle Ball and Snow Storm like many do as it was good when there wasn't a lot of people on, or if the shops are rubbish on Habbo.com and I haven't got much to do.

However, I don't miss as much but I would prefer to have them back such as good competition prizes and I read from Kromium somewhere I think that we spend more on the Competition than the actual prize is worth and I agree, they need to stop giving out badges as prizes as it isn't unique and they should also stop recolouring badges as they pretty much fail.

i miss the photo's and being able to take a photo, hahah getting yr camera out. i miss scripting, when my friend had like rooms full of bizarre stickies and flags in the floor. i miss all my friends from 2005, god knows what happened to them. i miss funky friday, when the prizes were actually good. i miss snewsbox and i miss sitting in there hahaha.

Agree with all of that! I miss wenders' snewsbox, Funky Friday the prices were incredible I remember sometimes they'd give away rooms and the rooms were amazing. Scripting was great as well, I loved the invisible Habbos, the mutant Habbos, the naked Habbos etc.

Not related, but I also miss the game CokeMusic with the Pop Quiz and the Sumo Wrestling game where people would 'boost' and let each other get 4 in a row for a gong. Then there was MokiTown too. Ahhh nostalgia overload.

Playing the game after nearly 4 years away, there is a couple of things I am missing!

• Battleball - When that was first launched I played it all day, every day, trying to compete for that number 1 spot It was really quite fun
• Casinos - They are just OTT these days! So big and stacked, they lost some of the character they used to have.
• My photos that I can no longer see
