    K, I went onto bbc news again (I love that site ^_^) and I found this;

    Y
    ou enter your date of birth, and it will give you a number - that's what number person you are (in the world) so... I'm the

    When you were born, you were the: 5,774,994,166th person alive on Earth. You were the 81,128,539,361st person to have lived since history began
    It's quite an accurate guess - it may be out by a few 1000 though, considering 1000's are born each day xL - but that's the most accurate one you can get.

    Also, I went on (by clicking next) and discovered that 23 immigrants enter the UK every hour... very interesting Also, Qatar is gaining 514 people a day and Moldova is losing 106 a day .. very interesting stuff.

    So yeah, what number are you ^_^

    They couldn't possibly know your "number" so it isn't accurate at all.

    Fine, have your opinion.

    This isn't a debate section so I'm not arguing with you.

    Of course he can have an opinion, it's a forum. The idea is to post your opinions in threads whatever the section, chances are they will contrast with others and you could therefore debate your difference in opinions. It is impossible for the BBC or anyone else to know when you were born after all, it's a "very rough estimate" at absolute best.

    Is that because of Indian migrant workers in Qatar like the rest of the rich Arab states?

    I never said he couldn't have his opinion o.O I said "Fine, have your opinion" I didn't say - "No, you can't have an opinion".

    Sure, debates happen in a variety of sections - but I'm not having one on in this thread x_x.

    I was doing this earlier in the mod forums with some others and I went back as far as I could and it showed that 100 years ago, the population was about 1.4billion and 100 years later its a few weeks from 7billion. It's pretty scary in a way!

    Sounds interesting ^_^. I remember in our Biology class, the teacher showed us a video of a thing called the 'population explosion'... which basically is a map of the world, and each white dot = 1 million people. You can see that the amount goes up quite steadily until 1850 when the population just goes completely crazy, in the 1900's it really does go just... mad.

    Heres the vid;

    At 2:10, the map thing starts - not much happens until 5:15 . If you look at 0000 Ad - 1000 Ad , you see not much happens. Then compare it to 1800 Ad - 2000 Ad. it's really wow.

    He is right. You put in your date of birth, no time or anything.

    Over the day you were born (shock, believe it or not) there were 24 hours. Not too mention the amount of children on this earth which no one has records on (especially less economically developed countries).
