"That aren't available in Europe" = it isn't available publically to everyone hence to talk about it will be spoiling it for everyone. If it's available for everyone and was recently aired spoliers are pointless and it's you're fault for ruining it for yourself. If it isn't publically available then it is spoiling it for people, therefore you get in trouble which some moderators will edit posts. It's sort of the basic definition of spoiling.
That's not the impression i got from your first post. But if that's what you meant then we are on agreement on that point.

You get people posting porn on here, on purpose, to annoy people yet a rule exists saying not to post it. If people want to annoy, they will do it whether there are rules or not, and you're suggesting a pointless rule change will stop this when it won't. Same for reality. If someone is so annoyed by someone to drag themselves to the point of getting a weapon and killing someone, they will. The current spoiler rule is fine, you do not want to become authoritarian. nvrspk4, when he created the rule, took a realist/common sense approach. I assume the members here are some ounce of decency, and judging from my experience, they do. It's only individuals who are out to annoy on purpose who are the problem, and they will do it rule or not.
But you leave out the consequences of breaking the rules. It may not stop it but it would definitely reduce it. Where are the people who posted porn may i ask? I believe they were either banned or warned. Whichever the case they did not do it again.

If there weren't enforced rules on posting adult material and just suggestions, i can guarantee you without a doubt that you would see porno threads pop up every day. You cannot expect that anonymous people on the internet will take moral decisions all the time.
Bonjour, la noirceur, mon vieil ami
    Je suis venu te reparler
    Car une vision piétinante doucement
A laissé ses graines lorsque je dormais
    Et la vision
Qui était plantée dans mon cerveau
    Demeure toujours
    Parmi le son du silence

Warning and banning is far too harsh for the crime in my opinion, it doesn't seem that serious to spoil a topic but if enough members were annoyed then moderators could give a friendly VM/PM or the moderator can use their discretion. It's a dream of mine to see moderators on here to act depending on if they feel something was bad (with the aid of the rules and the census of the members, of course).

Also, I didn't suggest to remove all rules and laws, that would be insane The current rule (or suggestion for spoilers) is good enough as it works on members governing themselves. If it did become strict and regulated, you would still get members not using spoilers - but to punish people for not using a forum tool is a bit too harsh, but it depends on how OTT some members are.

Agree it is a small matter that can be dealt with by just adding a spoiler. Also there are a lot of rules these days that don't get warnings or infractions unless the member goes really OTT. The warnings etc are there for the more serious rule breaks.
