Haha everything is weird is background is weird, his name is weird and I am the official HabboStars is weird and look when his Habbo was created: December 23, 2011 so he couldnt be staff plus ive never heard of him :L

For your information, that background have been added to Habbo a long time ago and it's still in the Shop (I've forgotten which section). What's wrong if he wanted to put the message "Official HabboStars"? I can do it too. And how you know that he's staff? Any proof?

you sahe cant be staff because he was created on 23rd of decemeber, but neja was only 4 days old when they became habbo staff. but most likely as there has been no announcments they are not habbbo staff. the fansite idea seems most likely

Yea, I think you're right. Most probably it's new fansite. Because why must that person put 'Official' if he's staff.

Ok, first of all do you even see many people that have that background? No. Second,I never said HabboStars was staffI said "He couldn't be staff" know the difference please.

How's the homepage weird, it's just a normal background.
On the new groups, you can have the pixels icon, vip icon and hc icon so that's hardly weird.
Well, anyone could say they're the official habbo blahblah.
