I agree with this I really do not see the point. Easier for management? I am pretty sure every management staff forum has a list of their staff that they currently have, so how does it make it hard for them to update their Habbo name when they update the thread when a staff member leaves or enters the department? I agree with DJ's and Events as it makes it easier for listeners to find event rooms and parties, but as many people of said, HxHD staff are rarely contacted on the forum. I have always wanted to return to the Help Desk department, but I get put off having to have my name changed as well.

I think the original reason for having the names the same was that they were clearly identifiable as being staff on the forum and this could be checked. It would be very confusing for everyone including management and supervising staff as names could be changed on habbo on a regular basis and no-one would know who was who. The other reason was that anybody could claim to be Habbox staff and use this to scam including the occasional 'rogue' member of staff without being easily identified. Kyle, is their any combination of Kyle available?

I agree with the community based departments having to have their Habbo name and forum name the same, as it does make things much easier for everyone. It's easier to identify them as staff when they're on Habbo, and just much easier to contact them in general. For rare values, I can see how it's unlikely they'll be interacting with the community, although there did used to be a rare values help desk and there was sometimes events held by rare values which would have been one reason behind it.

I assume your name would be what ever account is your main account; the one you use most.

I thought comps did cause I swear [@]@=Lizzy[/@] had to have her name changed when she became a trialist like a month ago but maybe not

Cause if someone wants to find you on habbo or on the forum then its a whole lot easier for them if the names match. plus help desk staff r on habbo and djs do a lot of things on habbo so it makes things easier for everyone rly.
