Receive PMs when another user quotes you issue

I have "Receive PMs when another user quotes you:" set to 'Yes', yet I dont receive PMs when quoted. How do I fix this?

i think if you have mentions disabled, it disables this too (or at least it did for me) so check that out.

I don't think that effects the pms

oh well mine must be broke then because ever since i turned mentions off i never got quote pms.
