    Default Being 'Fat'

    Well i'm like really self-conscious and think I am fat, I have got told i'm not buy I think I am, I go to the gym often and sometimes swim and I also play ice-hockey.

    Can anyone tell me like gymprogramswhich will help me lose weight and gain muscle at the same time as I cannot use weights yet.

    it's all good and well going to the gym, but you'll also need to trim down your calorie intake and what you actually eat. how much do you weigh and what's your waist size/shirt size & how tall are you?

    MyFitnessPal is really good. I use it just to see the average amount of calories I eat each day, but it allows you to input the exercise you do along with what you eat, etc. You're supposed to keep it updated with your weight so it tells you how much you'll weigh providing you keep up the current system. It's free and available for iPad, iPhone, Android and online.

    Just work out you BMI and make sure you're in the average for your weight and height
    all i care about is laura prepon & cats.
