    How is it ridiculous..?

People have different bone structures. People have bigger bones than others, so they have more skin/fat.

It's proven that this is true.

Bone sizes will not have that much of a variation, nor will bone structure at this age. Skin will also not have huge differences with the only place where skin thickness will probably be noticable is your feet. Also by including skin and fat, you go against your original statement.

This is comparing an average human with no bone or growth disorders etc.

Enlighten me then, show me this evidence on how bone structures can make you look fat.

Oh also I'd like to point out, scientists are never always right and a lot of what they say is just theory.

It just looks like your body build. My friend Amy is like you, she plays Rugby and it is just her bone structure which makes her appear slightly over weight.
That’s an absolutely rubbish excuse, yes, some people do have larger frames, but all that means is that the bone density is slightly higher. It won’t make a huge difference on the scale.

Your BMI is roughly 25.8 but it’s probably slightly higher as you haven’t put your precise weight unless you weigh perfectly 12 stone. 25.8 is classed as overweight on BMI scales but obviously it doesn't take muscle mass into account, but obviously since you’re 14 and you are not a bodybuilder, it's probably quite accurate. You have a 32” waist, mine is 32-34 and I’m borderline 6ft3. Judging from all this, I would say you’re a bit overweight. I would advise going to a gym and speaking with a personal trainer, most places offer a free consultation; there they will discuss with you want goals you want to achieve and how to go about it. It won’t take long to lose weight and it will benefit you hugely in the future, with both confidence, and dare I say it, happiness.
