I'm pretty sure most events organisers will advertise it once or twice, although it would be quite nice if maybe there was a wired box in the room if they're not going to remember to advertise.

I assuming the steps are still in the handbook regarding how to deal with unacceptable behaviour in events?

Yeah, but that'd be no good.

I just think these are situations which aren't so important, yes, it's lovely to get thanked for hosting an event, or getting more listeners because an event is advertising www.habbox.com or whatever, it's just unlikely that it can be changed for the better. It wouldn't be so easy.

The amount of EOs advertising has improved lately I think, especially thanks to the wired messages. It's something that I try to take note of in reports!

Yep! We generally just say that if someone's being rude / abusive then first they should be politely told to stop. If it continues then they are kicked, and if it continues upon their return, then they're banned. Simple!

While I agree with the sentiments, I imagine you're preaching to the choir here. Dealing with trolls or nastypieces of workis part of being an events staff and also life in general so I'd say it's a good skill to have to develop a tough skin and not let silly comments get you down. I think they can handle themselves anyway

i might think yr events are crap but as a sign of respect for habbox in general i wouldn't put a dj says on the habboxlive website telling them not to go down.
