this, no other way about it really! i quit for like 2 years but then found myself back on it becuase i rejoined habbox etc

I find I get habbo phases every so often, I seem to spend 2 years on, 2 years off habbo....etc.

Way to quit habbo is rs tbh, which is then quite easy to ween off by just moderating it, or getting a stat reset or just lose mems and don't rebuy, barely even play habbo no more tbh, only do it cause of habbox now
