As it wasn't posted on here it isn't old news as far as HXF is concered. Sick to death of people saying that when it isn't on here in the first place. Yes it is a month old, but it is fresh to the forum.

In that case, the game could be released tomorrow, yet only giving out info on the release date on the forum now. Yet, it's ok because it's fresh to the forum. That's pretty much what you're saying. The fact is, it's old news, i'm reminding him it's old news, because by the post, it looks like they think it's new.

I can see the speed limit enforcement existing, but only as a setting of some sort. It would be odd if they did add it, considering GTA has never really been too realistic when it comes to the police. The car-collision-character damage seems interesting too, it reminds me of The Getaway

It's new-news to me and many others by the looks of things, so this thread is serving a purpose. It may be old beyond the realms of the forum, but if this is the first time people have come across this then it's all good.. If it promotes discussion we should be all for it!

So what if it's old? I have never seen any of this before, so it's news to me, it's not on the forum so it's not hurting anyone, damn some people.

I think it's interesting, I'd like to see some of this featured in the game, it would be nice if they gave you an option that you can turn on speed limits, hell it'd be sweet if they could just implement a whole way to detect whether you're driving legally at all in the first place, that would add to the world a little bit.
