Reboot was done in late 2011 and releases weekly. Animated by MADHOUSE and it's directed by the guy who done the first season of Ippo. It is pretty good.

Off-topic but I miss this series

That's really cool. It seems there is a lot of effort that goes into animated one episode. How on earth do they get them out once a week?!

Also seeing as MADHOUSE are doing HxH. I guess it's unlikely there will be Ippo in the next year or two. Unless HxH ends. Or unless they can do more than 1 series a time
I'm really hoping for a movie/OVA for the release of the 1000th chapter at the end of this year.

all in jp but kl to see. Guy called Greg who lives in japan and appears on the One Piece podcast was on a quiz show where he and 2 others took on former editors of One Piece. He ended up walking away with a signed picture of luffy drawn by oda. Lucky guy
all the parts are on youtube but this is just the last part, pretty sure greg's naming them from tallest to smallest and mentions some heights, yet to listen to the podcast where he talks about the show.

would be pretty cool if that got subbed.

I'm subscribed to that OP Podcast on Facebook. It's pretty cool. It's insane how much that guy knows.

One of the best anime I've ever seen. Each episode was so unique. I will never forget this anime as well as the characters in it.

Ginko has to be up there with my favourite anime characters. The way he sees mushi as neither "evil or good" ... they "just exist, like we do" is a testament to his character.

So looking through youtube, I came across a few cool opening and was wondering if the actual animes were any good.

Mirai Nikki - Opening is ******* HARDCORE
    DeadMan Wonderland - Same applies.

    Anyone watched? Any good?

Mirai nikki im about 18 episodes in. It's pretty decent but it seemed to tangent off a bit from where I thought it was going. It's alright though. Mother****** Charles from Code Geass is the God though, so that always helps.
