Well chomps and/or cannon is, but they quite expensive except for like cannoning frosts which is one of the few I can actually imagine profiting on with cannon Ye so they like massively quick, then third best is staking vyrelords which is like 100 to 150k an hour all depending on boosts, prayers and level etc
