How is it false though? You are actually getting that product if you go into a McDonald's store. All food companies do it and that's what makes us buy these products

I don't think that's a problem. You do actually get that burger, they have just taken time to make it look perfect and also change the way it looks so when you look at pictures or a TV advert you can see what is actually on the burger.

They do state in the video as well that it's the same exact ingredients than the ones you get in any of their restaurants.
