In the desc. high-fructose corn syrup, I'm sure I've read about that online (God knows why). I've completely forgot what it told me though lmao
I might watch it now I suppose(ep. 1)

Is this woman a fool? Saying that soft drinks don't contribute to obesity. Sure, she has a point if they don't CAUSE obesity, but they certainly contribute to it if you consume far too much. Food may be worse, but soft drinks still CONTRIBUTE to it just as much as other factors (e.g. no exercise).
The description makes it sound scary "it interferes.... with the hormone that controls appetite, so once you starting or drinking it, you don't want to stop it". I don't know how much truth can be in it, if HFCS is supposedly in the large majority of items then we'd most likely never leave spare food on plates?
Oh, awk. when I've thought Fructose was a "good" type of sugar LMAO.

Saw this already. It reminded me of that documentary "Supersize Me" from agesss ago.
It annoys me when people just say EAT NATURAL FOODS 'cause there are lots of natural foods that are still bad for you/very fattening. You're not gonna be able to lose weight for anyone but yourself (so have your whole heart in it), a bit like trying to quit smoking.
