Wrong is was confirmed u can use 2 d scimmys, but u cant use 2 whips.

The new off-hand items are not available in game yet, so no need to go purchasing two of the main-hand versions, as it won't work. Offensive off-hand items will be members-only, and will be added to various drop tables. Some may even be craftable or smithable with the full launch.

So I let Matt know (hence the quoting) that you have to buy a separate dragon scimitar which is for off-hand use only.
