Well I'm sure if you were around we all remember the Blob case, same applies here.

But surely they are different layouts completely, no? forbidding them from posting a design that they made sort of makes me think that you're planning to use a marginally edited version and, once it's on the site, will claim it as your own.

Well once the site is live and you look into the CSS you will see all of their names, even if the layout has been changed. The layout isn't full on completely different, we have used aspects from the design and implemented into the design we are using.

Well at this moment in time yes, we aren't having names on the footer. Apart from the required message we need to put on there as otherwise the footer would be full of names and that gets stupid.
