It hasn't been confirmed that they are not coming back at all, just not right now. I would take it with a grain of salt though, who knows what will happen or if they will make a return at all.

I think you can only add tags at this point. As far as I know there's no way to remove them but I suppose you could try customer support.

Don't believe you can. The my profile widget was the only place where they could be changed. Have to wait until homepages are relaunched before we can change them.

Just visit http://www.habbo.com/tag and then search the tag that you want to add and click on the button where it says "tag yourself with:".
