Filter madness...

I decided to go on .de earlier today because it was unmuted and I know basic German so it wasn't hard to complete the quiz lol, and this filter is unbelievably strict.

• I can't say the names of anyone at all. First name irl and username included - I tried : x and doesn't work with that either lol.
• To trade is a bit more effort - you have to say "zehn taler" if you're saying 10 credits. You can't use more than 1 digit it seems - e.g. 1t word work if you want something for a credit, but 130t doesn't work. 11, 12 ,13, 14 and so on don't work.
• Furniture - this made me lmfao. I can't say most of the furniture names/descriptions - I tried it with Blaue Eismaschine (desc: Virtuelle Vanille!) and all of the words got blanked except Blaue.
• Smilies on here are limited. So far I can only do;

:[ :] :{ :} and . Stuff like :3, :L, :@, and so on are blocked.

• Links are completely blocked.
• Loads of words are missing lol - I can't even say Snow Storm.

Don't get me wrong, the link blocking is quite a good idea and this would definitely reduce the risk of cyber or w.e. It's also good they've added the poll into the Picnic Room, but I genuinely feel sorry for any user who has to sign up to this strict filter in the future. Not being able to say first names is the most ridiculous part.

Telephrase is currently ruined for members if you have the theme "furniture motto" or "furniture name" or "person in room".

Yeah it's the same in .fi,basically can't say any names at all which is annoying. They said they're adding loads of suggested words on monday though, so hopefully it'll be expanded a lot then!!

The list on .FI is about 800 words long - they published the entire list in the FAQs, which they may have also done on .DE, but I haven't checked. And Lawrawrrr is correct, the suggested words come Monday on .FI (you submit them in the Park) and furniture names and mottos will come in the near future.

It also seems that after you become "trusted", this filter will disappear - that's the impression I get from everything I've read. I imagine that to become "trusted" you have to get certain achievements; perhaps do the talent-line quests and become a helper, etc.

This is ridiculous ;l I'm not sure if I want to come back to Habbo if I'm gonna be stuck with such a limited use of words. Club Penguin lets you use more words than this..

Sulake know people are still going to break rules, go on cam etc. They can't stop it unless they add a quick chat and only have basic sentences. The only reason why they're doing these updates is to get the media off their back, it looks like they're making an effort. This will kill the hotel completely. I think people will still use it but only younger users.

Trust me, this new dictionary system won't last forever. People will leave. Habbo realise it's awful and go back to the normal filter and suckish moderation.
