Yeah, noone would be allowed to make a clone of an ex-staff or staff member, there's no typo's in it. I remember giving him rights a few years back. He must have merged his account

People could make staff members accounts. Any accounts deleted in merge were able to be remade, staff or not.
I have all my original rooms from 2005/2006 as well... I'm sure many do.
