That was a disaster, I still don't get why Sauruv got chucked out for saying that it wasn't good and x stuff needs to be done to improve it. He basically got screwed over because he wasn't technically staff.

The Council was utterly useless in every way. It just looked nice to those who weren't on the council and it was upper management's way of looking like something is being done when actually it was business as usual. The discussions that went on inside the Council may as well of been these feedback threads.

Agreed. Actually it could have been useful just that upper management at the time decided not to work in Council's recommendations at all. So it was useless. And as has been said before, is only useful when management don't reply to feedback threads, which was largely the case at the time.
