You can voice your opinion... only if it is a good one it seems. He's so biased it's unreal, I preferred staff like Yurre because she actually came into the hotel and gave a damn about user's opinions.

Aha, she sent me a random f/r once after she saw a Hx news article. I was like Aww I also loved how she held discussions about ideas in the Research Lab and updated that room an awful lot :/ 'Tis a shame she left.
