It happened in my first week as returning as assistant manager, so technically it was Elle and Dan that did it but Elle had just left. No one got blamed really, it was funny though!

Blamed for what? I will make it clear that I never put anybody on the DNHL either time I was manager as i've never believed in having a DNHL - I did not need a vague 'list' to advise me on who to/who to not hire.

Oh no I was just hired when I was on DNHL (I didn't know about it either) so didn't know why I was fired again .

Then obviously it shows I hired you despite you being on the DNHL - because there have been numerous times i've fought to have people I wanted to hire removed from that pointless list, including you by the looks of it.

So I guess the moral of the story for both is, don't blame somebody (ie, me) for something without having any proof .. not to mention I wasn't even asked about this at the time.
