people know me because of that shower thing one time and I do not regret anything

upon further review I feel a rather mild regret is warranted

Today is the start of the medals for us, tomorrow athletics and track cycling gets underway and the rowing finals will continue. Every single one of out boats has got to their respective finals in rowing - that is phenomenal.

Into the quarters for both men's and women's football, looks like we ought to be able to get into the semis based on current performance and then that will be the biggest test (most likely coming up against Brazil in the men's and USA in the women's), but pretty confident about getting a medal of some sort in both right now

Hope GB get a good position at the end of the olympics, even if it isn't 1st position with golds, 2nd or 3rd would be nice

What a great day for Team GB.

Chris Froome getting a Bronze in the Time Trials overshadowed again, but he is certainly one to watch in the future. As for Bradley Wiggins, I suspect he will be ‘Sports Personality of the Year’.

Don’t forget postage stamps featuring Great Britain's first gold medal winners of the London 2012 Olympics go on sale tomorrow, 60p each.
