Well as I never said 'we should just advertise in HxHD' obviously I don't think that every HxF member who uses the client uses HxHD but I have also seen no evidence that a forum notice increases interest. My own experience with selling tickets seems to suggest that there are a lot of on-the-fencers who aren't particularly bothered if they don't buy one but will buy one if they are asked on Habbo. I am not ruling out the idea of forum notices completely but I am also not sold on their actual effectiveness in drumming up sales and interest.

My advice to managers trying to sell tickets would actually be to branch out into areas of Habbo that they should have expertise in (events selling in events, hxl selling in the parties, hxhd in hxhd, rv in the casinos and trade rooms etc). That some fail to do so is only their own loss and can not really be blamed on the lack of forum advertisement.

Why can't we add a a notice for the people not registered on the forum. There are a few guests that browse the forum daily with no account?

Yeh and it needs more departments to sell tickets. It is shameful for radio to moan about funds, then not sell tickets. I blame myself partly for this, as I was still figuring out how the lottery operates before quitting.

Only Rosie as mentioned sells tickets noticeably, then departments come up with excuses for lack of funding and hence lack of bigger events.

This is the thing... In the thread (Here), it says

Habbox are pleased to welcome Trade City, owned by Varnius, as the official sponsor of Habbox Lottery. Trade City is a room dedicated to helping you find the best trades with everythings: rares, norms and even those pesky little doormats. If you want to trade, there's bound to be something for everyone so head on over to Trade City by clicking the image above to find out more. As part of this partnership, there will also be Happy Hours with less of the beer and more of the tickets. If you would like a ticket but don't know how to get hold of us, there will always be someone selling tickets in Trade City every day at 9pm GMT (Starting 1st March)
But I go to trade city round that time and never see anyone ?? I have to ask manegment to buy tickets... What happens if your not a regular forum user... and you look at this thread and see.. 9pm trade city.. you go there, and it turns out theres nobody there... ???

You're right. We'll either have to improve, alter it slightly to make it more viable or remove it completely. We'll look into this, thanks for bringing it to our attention.

    No problems...

But like myself, I love habbo, but i only spend my time in casinos and trade city.... Cus my motto is Habbox Rare Values.. People ask me if I could sell them a ticket, but i say no of course , and i direct them to manegment... As I am in Rare Values, I direct them to Will ( @Pigperson) and then they reply that he has not replied the there friend request...

This is what I am thinking is theres a HabboxLottery Email (E.g [email protected]) And then all manegment have access to it at all time... and then they dont have to worry about there friend list getting full... or theres a certin team of current staff which run the lottery not manegment because the manegments are very busy and dont have enough time to run the lottery aswell as there own departments!

My best bet is to have a new department....

    Manager
    Ass. Manager
    And there team

And they have a job of selling tickets !! Then they write down somewhere of all there tickets which they have sold... and every ticket sold they just give the coins to there manager to pass to Matt or Inseriousity.

    Thanks

Umm Well, Personally I dont think Habbox Help desk needs alot of coins.... neither News Maybe 20 coins every so often so they can run comps... The most coins should go to competitions then events... as every competition you win 5c !! But events you give out furni on your own will and its your choose if you do or you dont !! xo
