THERE'S NO STREETLIGHTS BECAUSE MINECRAFT DOESN'T HAVE STREETS

and why have they made it so you can only mine obsidian with a diamond pick it used to be that you could only get a block of it if you mine with a diamond pick or does iron work but take like an hour to break it
