I don't understand why everybody is taking it so serious. I really can not wait for it to be over, it's all anybody actually talks about. I'm finding it hard to actually have a decent conversation with anyone apart from a few now because it seems all anybody cares about is HxSS. At the end of the day it's only a game and there's no need for it to be so competitive and cause arguments. Roll on 12am is all I say.

flemflemflem is only new give him a break

There's often a thin line between hovering and not hovering but the bottom line is that the host has the final say.

This user is a complete liar and everything eh said was a lie. Thanks ... Brad ;')
Doesn't make sense. You didn't know she was having trouble so you didn't kick her? |-) I don't know whether she left or was kicked, I assumed she was kicked due to you counting down the time she had left to move whilst quite a few other users were trying to tell you that she didn't know how to move.

I didn't hover at all, you had shawnny agree with you, who didn't even see it otherwise why would she be really confused? and the user whose chair I stole. Call me a liar all you want, but I know what I saw...

I was not present during the kicking of the new player, although i did see you hover. The reason i would have said 'what?' is if someone had repeatedly said my name. I have mentioned in my events, that during events i do not read peoples messages, which is the reason i would have said that. Although you did hover.. you didnt have to be a drama queen and leave.. you still had 2 chances, so although you did hover just the once, you made the issue larger by leaving completely.
You also swore at myself and other staff members during the event, which is not acceptable, especially seeing as we do not all the the age of the contestants. I don't believe you meant to make a issue out of it, but i do think that your actions were taken due to your competitiveness, which is understandable during the HxSS, but shouldn't be used as a excuse to have a go at others.

Please also take on that we are 'trialists' so our judgement may or may not have been 100% correct, but we have to go by what we have seen, and players like yourself do not help during these stressful times.

    Thank you

One thing that is clearly under the light is the way habbox eos actually treat the hover rule. A basic flaw of understanding is brought in, not only is ncing considered hovering when it shouldnt be, but you can be accused of hovering your own chair / hovering by stealing after its placed :L Quite frankly if you dont know the hover rule properly you shouldnt host games that use it simple as. And that doesnt mean turn hovers off in pod racing as it just makes it more boring than watching paint dry. I wasnt present in event so i wouldnt like to say but cheating ctainly has been going on tbf.

The hover rule is, like other game rules, open to interpretation. If I host a pod race then I consider hovering your "own chair" as hovering, just as it would be if you hovered the chair next to you, since it would make it near impossible to steal a chair if the person sat on it clicked before it was even placed and got onto it every time.

What counts as hovering now exactly? I remember it used to be if you just get up before the chair is moved but last night I had to go back to my pod because I had clicked on the spot as soon as the pod was moved resulting in me getting there before the other person..

If the pod has been moved before you've clicked then that isn't hovering. Host probably wasn't paying attention.
