I think it would be better for OP's only like it's been suggested. How come it's been disabled as I get that notice at the bottom now? If it's disabled now won't it be better removing it!

Could be possible but Matt or Tom would be able to answer that for you. Seeing as a lot of people seem to be so against it, it doesn't seem likely it will be staying.

I think it should just be restricted to staff forums now tbh, because they;re useful for the R+R threads. Some people don't reply, so it offers managers the "security" of knowing who has/hasn't bothered looking.

I swear to god if a staff member complains they don't want it to be revealed that they don't read the R+R threads, I'll scream.....

yeah agreed, or even only let managers see - if other staff see someone not replying they might take things into their own hands :/

I did think about the managers only thing, but wasn't 100% sure whether that could be edited or not.
