Let only the thread creator see it if a high usergroup/donator/VIP - So combining options A and C really.

You said "Stupid options" - Explain why they are supid and how they forget new users? Because that's the whole purpose of a thread in feedback. You are also suppose to give your own suggestions if you don't agree with something.

I was giving my feedback on this thread and how it has been dictated. If you want be to explain my outlook then I will. However, the fact that I'm the first to even mention it in the 16 pages of heavy drivel then I doubt it will have much of an impact and I'm not really one to waste my time. Your call.

I can see it, so I assume everyone can or can I see it because I have VIP? Answer that first and I'll tell you what should be done.

It is enabled for everyone at this moment in time to show everyone what it looks like and what it does. At the time of me posting this below was that the majority wanted it to be limited - But the votes are now close in terms of limited and want it to stay:

Seems the feature is liked but the majority want it to be limited. I've been looking in what ways it can be limited and it would be nice to know which one you think is the better option:

A) Only the thread creator can see it on the threads they have created.

B) Limit it to Announcements & Staff Forums but is disabled elsewhere.

C) All threads but only users with VIP can see it.

D) Other - If this option please explain in the thread on what you would like to see in terms of "Limited".

So if you don't want it, why would you say OP only, because you'd still get it on your threads?

This is my issue. Majority wanted it limited? Are you surprised, if they can obtain something that others can't then they are going to vote for it, it all boils down to feeling superior. Why can't all members have it? I think there are enough benefits for VIP / limited members, this one should be given to all. Give the newer users and those who aren't VIP something special because from what I can see they have very little.

I'm not being funny but if you did actually read my posts you would see that only one option mentions it being limited to VIP:

C) All threads but only users with VIP can see it.

The other options was limiting it to specific forums or to the thread creator only so you can only see it in the threads you have created. When users voted "Limited" that does not automatically mean limited to VIP usergroups - It can be a number of things.
