I suppose reducing it to around 5 days would be reasonable. Although you need to win the support of Mr @Kardan; - For some reason I suspect a poll coming along...

Why does the reputation day limit need reducing?
The limits used to be a lot, lot stricter... Back in 2008 you needed to re-rep 50 other people, with a limit of 5 reps a day before you could re-rep somebody... http://www.habboxforum.com/showthrea...ght=reputation
Ever since then, these limits have been lowered and lowered, but why should they keep being lowered?
Personally I have never needed to rep someone twice within seven days... So why would it need to be lowered to 4/5?
With a limit of 4 days, that's 91 potential reps a year per person, compared to 52 at the current rate. With the current suggestion of lowering the limit, you would nearly double the rate of reputation gain.
The whole point of reputation is that it was limited, and the harsh measures mentioned earlier of the 50 person re-rep limit were brought in because of reputation going out of control and people have rep powers of over 50.
The system is perfect as it is.
Increased to once a year, no -repping allowed, and everyone has 1 rep power
Wait a minute, this is an idea about the rep feature which doesn't suck, I am shocked
Yeah 5 days seems appropriate I guess if it has to change
Wait a minute, you have 56 rep-power... Looks like we'll have to get @---MAD--- back on and drastically change the reputation system again![]()
dont think you can compare thens and nows tbh, things change. Why does the reputation day limit need reducing?

and you cant label the bunch with your personal experiences, you may not be as active as other people or like as many posts as other people
its happened to me quite a few times where ive wanted to rep someone again (not straight away) and the limit's stopped me
and im going to call on something said in another thread, reputation is an opinion and you cant exactly restrict someones opinion, its their entitlement, except in cases of spam which i think 4-5 days is suitable to stop it. who's going to set their calendar just to rep someone as much as possible?
I'd say 3-4 days
Nobody's going to set their calendar, but the fact that you are reaching the limit means reputation across the forum will increase if the limit is lowered. Alas, I'm just viewing my opinion, and expect to be heavily outnumbered on this one.dont think you can compare thens and nows tbh, things change.

What's wrong with just making a mental note and then repping them for the post when you're allowed instead of changing it all just for a few people. I'm pretty sure people don't usually rep the same people in the space of 7 days.
