Arcade and Olympic Donator

I'm guessing this is to do with the Olympic donator I purchased as there isn't anything else (that I can think of) restricting me from accessing the arcade.

When I click the arcade link, I'm displayed with the permission message.

I see. All I saw was the announcement and figured I'd check it out, may be my post count? I just assumed there wouldn't be anything like that effecting it.
