To be perfectly honest, I think removing him from the team was a terrible idea.
Now we have no Radio Manager to run the whole site which means the DJ's have no one but the heads to rely on, which can be tough.

Actually they have both been nothing but helpful with the radio department. They are putting in loads of time!

I agree with this fully, but we do need a new manager asap so mike and matt can get on with their jobs aswell

They do but they are putting equal amount of time into the running of the radio too.
