Yup, March 2006. The eXpert badge says 2006-2008 and the program started in 2005. Habbo aren't good with dates and badges
Also there was a group competition that gave these badges out, not the 'Pick any badge' comp. I won bronze in Habbowealth and Silver in the team competiton.
