You have protected a creation before, that ship you were building was build protected. And on this new map that entire power plant thing is also build protected.

You may have been reasonable yes, but that doesn't deter from the initial sudden unannounced change, and then saying I'm just complaining without a right to is only going to fuel that annoyance.

My biggest grudge against this decision is that I now feel there is no point building on this server because the same thing will probably just happen again.

This server is such a small community, so small that you can't be picking and choosing admins, it's favouritism in the face of everybody else. Yes it's acceptable to appoint one or two others as admins to keep things running, but not more than half the community whilst the others are treated as lesser players for no good reason. That's just going as low as a lack of basic manners.

What so you're saying I should get rid of some admins simply because the only people playing at the moment in time in which you look are admins? Rubbish.

If I had announced it in some form then it would have taken ages for a definitive answer and it wouldn't have had any effect on my decision to change the map anyway. The map change has had the desired effect so was the correct decision. You are complaining without a right... I have offered you admin privileges to ensure your buildings are copied across correctly. You have no right to complain because I've offered you everything I possibly could. Hell, I'll even teleport you to the old world and leave you there if that's what you want.

It will happen again, when the amount of players dies down again. I can tell you that for certain because it's a cycle that we see all the time. Between the admins, we've had about 3 or 4 servers so we know what we're doing. But as with this map move, I will keep the old world and copy across any builds that people want and make the map available for download. It's not difficult.

Guess what, I did. It wasn't favouritism. It wasn't even a conundrum. I admined people who I thought deserved it. It's not more than half the community, stop spouting 'statistics' that you can't even back up. I've never treated a normal player as a lesser, unless they annoyed me or have done something to disrupt anyone else playing. Manners eh? Manners is accepting the resolutions that we gave to your problems without throwing the toys out the pram. Manners is not playing the victim card when all your arguments fall apart. Manners is... not complaining for the sake of it?

And no, as you keep saying, the community isn't big enough for two worlds, I'd prefer that players stay on one world. Either copy your stuff across or don't. That's all I have to say on this anymore.
