The F1 hotel is disgusting, have fun!

Stayed at them many a time and regretted it.

We actually booked a 4 star luxury 2 bedroom (+decent sofabed) town house instead just outside the park. £150 each for 4 nights ain't too shabby since it has a swimming pool, spa, free gym and a decent kitchen. Since it's walking distance we'll save on petrol and parking costs too.

Booked the tunnel and some other bits and bobs, cannot wait now!

I go to DLP a lot, stayed at a lot of hotels in and around the parks (although now we tend to stay at Sequoia Lodge). I wish I were going to Minecon though! Sadly, saving for an actual trip to DLP with the family instead.

Schedule

MINECON will be open each day from 10-17 (10am-5pm). On Saturday night, the Walt Disney Studios party will start at 8. The Sunday night .party() details haven’t been released yet (don’t forget it is 18+ ONLY).

Badges will be picked up on-site. You will get an email soon that gives you all the specifics of what you need to bring with you.

In terms of Disneyland, why not? Disneyland have a convention centre which is where Minecon will be held.

When I think of Disneyland, I think of fairies, princesses and lovely animations of talking animals etc. Minecraft just doesn't fit into that box for me.
