I enjoy my job now but I worked at a coffee shop for a while a few months back so I have a lot to complain about!

- DONT BLAME ME FOR SAUCES COSTING MONEY I DONT MAKE THE RULES
- I DONT CARE WHO THE **** SERVES YOU NORMALLY, I DONT KNOW YOUR "USUAL"
- DONT YOU DARE SAY "BABYCHINO" WHEN YOU MEAN FROTHED MILK
- I AM NOT IMPRESSED WHEN YOU CALL A BLACK COFFEE A ******* AMERICANO
- NO ONE HAS EVER CALLED A WHITE COFFEE A HALF AND HALF
- DONT YOU DARE COME IN 5 MINUTES BEFORE WE CLOSE WITH YOUR WHOLE FAMILY TREE
- DOES IT LOOK LIKE WE DO CRISPS
- I DO NOT THINK YOU ARE CLEVER WHEN YOU ORDER TEA FOR ONE THEN ASK FOR EXTRA HOT WATER AND AN EXTRA CUP
- **** YOU BOSS WHEN YOU'RE ON YOUR BREAK I EAT EVERYTHING I CAN AS A SECRET "**** YOU"
- THANK YOU FOR POINTING OUT THE SPECIAL TODAY IS NOT THE SAME AS YESTURDAY

when the machine declines their card it becomes my fault and you have a go at me?
when the vending machine swallows their money and they want me to take money out of our till to compensate them for the machine we don't own.
when someone asks for a drink and you do it then they swear blind they asked for something totally different
when someone charged them a wrong, cheaper price then i charge them the right price next time they get angry and stressy with me.
when its really busy at their are loads of tickets in the kitchen and you're moaning you meal is taking longer than 5 minutes and want a refund. sorry no.
when im serving a customer and you rudely interupt telling me your drinks order when you can clearly see me serving

i hate rude people. i also hate it when people expect me to open up an hour earlier at this time of year for their own convenience. the opening times are the opening times.

not fixing the dishwasher for 2 weeks meaning I'm handwashing everyones cups/saucers/other kitchen equipment all morning after serving breakfast and lunch to the residents/holiday makers.

okay i've a huge update

-when i have to work 7-10 days in a row with no break, kill me now
- gypos that come in and stuff their pockets with ****
-just general scumbags coming in with hoods up that i know there's gonna be trouble
-when people forget their pin, like ******* what write it down in your phone if you're that stupid
-people that don't hang the pump back up correctly meaning i've to go out and do it before i can deal with the transaction
-people that get like 40 quid fuel come in and say they forgot their card/pin and they'll be back to pay later... YOU WOULDN'T DO THAT ANYWHERE ELSE SO WHY DO IT IN A PETROL STATION
-people that talk about me while i'm right infront of them
-people that feel since i'm a person serving them they have a right to comment freely on my appearance...positively OR negatively

I would get a job if I could but not many places, if any, take on 14yr olds around here..

I actually can't wait to grow up and create my own wage and manage it how I want etc.
